After you place your order, our team creates a digital proof of your custom keepsake within 48 hours. We will email it to you for approval. You can request unlimited free revisions until it is perfect. We only print after you approve.

Proof creation takes 1-2 days. After you approve, US orders are made and delivered in 3 to 18 business days, depending on the item. Orders to other countries take longer, up to 34 business days to the farthest places. Your cart shows the window for your items and your country before you pay.

No problem! We offer unlimited free revisions. Tell us what you would like changed, and our artists will update the proof. We do not print until you are 100% happy. If you still are not satisfied, we offer a remake guarantee.

Since each item is custom-made just for you, we cannot offer returns. However, if there is a defect or error on our part, we will remake it free of charge. Our remake guarantee ensures you love your keepsake.

A well-lit, front-facing photo works best. Natural outdoor light is ideal. Avoid blurry photos, filters, or pets lying down. The clearer the photo, the better the portrait will look.

You can add a second pet to most products for $10. Tick "Add a second pet" on the product page and upload a photo of each. We do not currently support more than two pets in one design.

We create keepsakes for dogs, cats, rabbits, horses, birds, and most pets. If you have a unique pet, contact us and we will let you know if we can create a portrait.

If you are not happy with the final printed product, we will remake it free of charge. This covers printing defects, damage in transit, and significant quality issues. Contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Yes, to most countries. Choose your country in the cart and you will see the exact shipping cost before you pay. US orders over $75 ship free; everywhere else, shipping is charged at cost. Import duties or taxes may be due on delivery, depending on your country. Acrylic prints, metal prints and engraved wine glasses ship to the US and Canada only.

Yes, you can ship directly to the recipient by entering their address at payment. We cannot include a gift message yet, so nothing you type elsewhere will reach the package.

Each product is sold in the single size shown on its page, listed next to the name. We do not offer a size choice at checkout yet, so what you see on the product page is what ships.

Canvas prints: wipe with a dry cloth, avoid direct sunlight. Blankets: machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Mugs: microwave and dishwasher safe. Apparel: machine wash inside out.
