St Andrew Kim Taegon and the Korean Martyrs

1 candle lit

The faith came to Korea through lay people, and thousands died for it. St Andrew Kim Taegon, the first Korean priest, was martyred in 1846. In 1984 the Church canonized 103 Korean martyrs in Seoul. Their feast is September 20. Light a candle for Korea and its families. Korean Martyrs, pray for us.
